📦 Returns and Refund Policy
Cooling-off Period & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund, including the standard shipping costs for the outward journey.
Conditions
• The product must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
Registering a Return
Send an email to info@fishsense.nl with your order number and reason for return (optional). You will then receive instructions for the return.
Refund
Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the amount to your account within 5 business days.

We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping Costs
Good service is our top priority – that's why we don't charge shipping costs for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery Time
• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium: 2–3 business days
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via GLS and include a Track & Trace code. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
