Can I control multiple LumiCatch lamps at once?

Why don’t I see my Support lamps in the app?
+
You only see the Base in the overview. You pair the Support (and BuzzOff) once in the app; afterward they are automatically controlled by the Base and no longer appear separately. You therefore only control the Base—all paired poles follow along.
What should I do if my LumiCatch Base won’t pair with the app?
+
For the first pairing you do not need to put the Base in pairing mode, even if the manual mistakenly says so. Pairing usually works as soon as you switch the Base on.
If it doesn’t work, turn the Base off and on again and repeat the process, this time without pairing mode. In almost all cases the app will then connect.
How do I reset my LumiCatch?

Why does the app always show 75% battery?
+
The app currently displays a default battery percentage of 75 percent. This does not yet match the actual charge. An update is in development so you will see the correct percentage later. Until then, you can assume that after about six hours of charging the battery is usually around 80 percent, which is more than enough for a full night of fishing.
How fast does the LumiCatch charge?
+
Charging happens in two phases. In the first phase it charges quickly to about 80 percent, usually within six hours. With a modern USB-C fast charger this is noticeably faster than with an older or less powerful charger.
